Exchanges and Returns

We guarantee the quality of all products of Michigan Rustic. However, if you receive a product you are unsatisfied with, we accept returns and exchanges of our goods that are unwashed, unworn, and in brand new condition with tags attached within 14 days of purchase.

Returns on domestic orders: You will be responsible for all shipping costs to mail the package back to us. We can provide you with a return label, but return costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchanges on domestic orders: We charge a $6.00 handling fee for orders that are exchanged. This $6.00 covers the cost to return the item, ship out a new item, as well as the restocking fee.

Once we receive a return or exchange, it will be processed in 5-10 business days.
